The KAPTIV-CS-D-LUX is an electronically operated level sensed condensate drain that guarantees zero air loss during the condensate discharge cycle.

This comprehensive, high-end condensate draining solution incorporates alarm options, service interval warning options and an anti-air-lock feature. All programming options can be easily selected and activated by using the touch buttons. The digital display feature indicates the selected option.

The KAPTIV-CS-D-LUX has a robust industrial housing and can be installed on all compressed air system components, regardless their size and climate zone.

KAPTIV-CS-HP Condensate Drain

KAPTIV-CS-HP Condensate Drain is a high-pressure, zero-loss drain designed to automatically discharge condensate from compressed air systems without air loss. It ensures reliable operation even under high pressure conditions, helping protect downstream equipment and improve system efficiency.

The MAGY is a magnetically operated level sensed drain that discharges condensate from all compressed air systems by using a unique technology based on magnetic forces. The MAGY uses specially selected magnets that operate the 2/2 way direct acting valve assembly.

The discharge process of the MAGY is automatic and there is no loss of compressed air during the condensate discharge cycle.

The specially selected long-life magnets ensure a high operation consistency.

The MAGY is easy to install and to service due to the top and side inlet options. The MAGY is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, too expensive or not reliable.

The MAGY-UL uses specially selected magnets that operate the 2/2-way direct-acting valve assembly.

The discharge process of the MAGY-UL is automatic and there is no loss of compressed air during the condensate discharge cycle.

The specially selected magnets ensure a high operation consistency.

The MAGY-UL is easy to install and service and can also remain hooked up to the filter while maintenance is being carried out (i.e. the drain does not need to be unthreaded from the filter).

JORC recommends replacing all unreliable filter (float) drains and installing the MAGY-UL. The MAGY-UL features a specially treated robust aluminum housing suitable for oil lubricated and oil-free applications.

The NUFORS-CR removes condensate from compressed air systems without using electricity and without the unnecessary loss of compressed air.

The discharge process is automatic and is based on a 3/2 way level controlled valve principle that operates a piston type direct acting valve. The advantage of this valve principle is that the NUFORS-CR’s orifice can be 6 mm, offering an increased reliability factor.

The NUFORS-CR is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, too expensive or not reliable. The NUFORS-CR features a specially treated robust aluminium housing suitable for oil lubricated and oil-free applications.

In addition, the NUFORS-CR can be applied in applications that demand a higher IP rating (International Protection rating or Ingress Protection). The NUFORS-CR offers an IP68/NEMA6 rating.

The NUFORS-XF removes all types of condensate from large capacity compressed air applications up to 500 m³/min, without using electricity and without the unnecessary loss of compressed air. The NUFORS-XF has an exceptional large condensate discharge capacity of 4.800 litres per hour at 16 bar.
